Christmas Corner
I just added a special categorie in my Dawanda shop, which I named: 'Christmas Corner'. I want to make little Christmassy presents over the next few weeks, so if your looking for a special Christmas gift, you might want to keep an eye on it!
Nice Present!
Two days ago, I got a very nice present from my father and his wife: A whole pile of polymer clay! Thanks again by the way!!!
I was immediately tingling with anticipation to start crafting again! So, the first moment I had some peace and quiet, which was a few hours ago, I made my first two cupcake hairclips (the hairclips were a present too).
Now I am working on a pair of Christmas hairclips, which will be posted today I hope.
They are €2,50 and you can find them at:

Have some Cake with your Tea!
I wanted to make a big cake for some time now, I mean bigger in height than 2 cm, but I didn 't have the right tools. Well, I still don 't, but yesterday evening I thought it was time to make my first polymer clay charm after the delivery. It isn 't up to my usual standard yet, (I ran ut of practice) but I think it 's nice enough to add as a new listing on my webshop.

He takes after his Parents!
Getting to know our son a little bit, we noticed that Enno almost always has a bit of a disappointed expression on his face. Like it 's just not enough, or like it should have been a little bit better!
He 's really happy when drinking his bottle and half an hour after that he 's content, but soon after that, he starts getting fussy and a bit angry with the world in general. Or perhaps with Krijn and me, because we 're not living up to his standards.
He takes after his parents I suppose, because we 're never completely satisfied. We always have something to whine about, even though we live the exact life we want: We 're still perfectly in love with eachother, have two wonderful boys, who light up the room, and a nice house and lots of fun.
You can call this complaining having a romantic mind (we just want something better) , or just being spoiled rotten. Other people would say that perhaps we don 't like ourselves very much and I am not going to comment on that! BUT comments from readers are welcome! Go ahead! We can take it!

Quite a Performance!
You can say what you like, but I think I'm a pretty cool mama! During contractions I still managed to make one of my Bon Bon Charms! And I think it even looks good!
I must be the real thing within the crafting business! Whatever happens, my cupcakes and chocolate surpises will always be there saving the day!
You can check out more of my charms at:
Addition to the Family
Two weeks ago, I gave birth to my second son, Enno. With that, I temporarily had to give up all the little things that I love doing, like crafting and working on my DAWANDA webshop.
I had forgotten how much time caring for a baby takes! Dear me, it takes all day and half the night! Especially since my husband and I still have to learn to combine the care for Enno with taking care of our firstborn, Victor, who is 3,5. That might take a few weeks or even a few months! I will have to excel in multitasking!
But, at this moment, Victor is watching telly and Enno is sleeping on my chest (held by the BabyBjörn), so I am able to write my first little Blog Entry. I wonder who will take the trouble to read any of my entries. I must be honest by telling you that I hardly ever read blogs of other people, but perhaps that will change, now that I started one myself.
I am going to try to tell you what is going on in my life, especially the crafty details! I will add some photos of my work and other thngs that interest me.
In the meantime; please visit my webshop, and tell me what you think! Ideas are welcome!
